OYNA’s Backyard Camp Refund Policy
Summary: All cancellations and transfers must be made at least two weeks before the start of camp. In the case in which a camper needs to cancel due to COVID-related symptoms, we will first try to reschedule for another week of camp and if rescheduling doesn’t work, OYNA will offer a 75% refund. If OYNA must cancel a program, we’ll let participants know one week in advance and a full refund will be issued. OYNA will be happy to allow for a camp to be switched to another week, based on availability for a change fee of $25.
Here is how refund/cancellation breaks down:
After January 23rd and before April 5th refunds can be made, minus a $25 processing fee.
After April 5th refunds will only be made if we can fill your spot from a waitlist plus a $60 processing fee
No refunds are available 14 days prior to the start of your child's week of camp.
