OYNA’s Refund Policy

Summary:

  • Before June 5th refunds can be made, minus a $25 processing fee. 

  • After June 5th refunds will only be made if we can fill your spot from a waitlist plus a $60 processing fee.

  • No refunds are available after July 1st.

  • If OYNA must cancel a program, we’ll let participants know one week in advance and a full refund will be issued. OYNA will be happy to allow for a camp to be switched to another week, based on availability for a change fee of $25.
